A Project TSVP-30 cargo air-cushion vessel (ACV) is a further development of Project 18810 ACV and is unified with her in some equipment, including propulsion.
The vessel is designed for transportation of freights, containers, wheel and track vehicles on the upper deck. On installation of specially equipped modules the vessel can be used for transportation of passengers, mobile medical ambulances, workshops.
